Early Learning.

Emma's Coaching Philosophy:

Emma believes that developing Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) early on in life is crucial to support the development of not only physical skills but social, emotional and cognitive skills in children. When children become competent and confident in these skills, they are able to take an increasing responsibility for their independence and physical wellbeing.

Program content:

We provide a range of experiences that focus on the development of body management including spatial awareness and balance (animal movements); locomotor skills such as running and hopping (hurdle and ladder relay); and object control for example, throwing and catching (bean bag toss). These individualised programs are created to meet the needs of the children at each centre, focusing on their strengths and abilities.

Our Early Learning Programs are run by Emma who is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a major in Physical Education. She has 5 years of experience working in a variety of centres in the early childhood sector where she promotes the early development of Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) to children.
