Stay Active is committed to delivering engaging, dynamic, non-competitive and fun physical activity and sports programs to children aged 5 - 14.

With the number of overweight children in Australia vastly increasing in recent years due to inactive lifestyles and a technology-driven world, Stay Active promotes healthy growth and assists in the development of fundamental movement skills. Evidence suggests that without the development of these skills, children are far less likely to participate in sport or active recreational activities later in life.

Stay Active encourages all children aged 5 - 14 years to participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day – meeting the minimum recommended requirements for this age group as outlined in the Australian Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines.

Stay Active programs are evidence-based, adopt the Playing For Life Philosophy and are aligned to Australian Health and Physical Education Curriculum.

Register your child now for one of our programs to help them stay active throughout life!
